I love that EasyNote can be used for both personal to-do lists as well as business projects, which means it's very useful in my current role of working at an education organization! It could use some more features (or maybe even just better integration with other tools) but overall there are not many downsides. Maybe add color coding or tags? Or create reminders like you would do using Evernotes Reminders feature?! We're solving two problems here; 1.) Keeping track of tasks/projects so we don't forget them 2.) Being able to access those notes from anywhere 3.). And most importantly 4.), being available when someone needs help if they get stuck somewhere along their way while doing something important. If your team uses this service then all members will have easy ways to keep up with each others' work without having everyone emailing back & forth about what has been done since last time was great too because now people.
