Subtle - the forefoot of the shoe is wide
The shoes have an excellent tread, especially when you are hiking. They stuck to everything, which impressed me a lot. That being said, the forefoot of the shoe is quite large in front of the laces and you can't tighten it with laces, so I don't like how much freedom of movement there is while the rest of the shoe feels okay. I'll try thick socks
