Review on BOSTITCH QuietSharp 6 Heavy Duty Electric Pencil Sharpener - Classroom Essential, 6-Holes, Blue (EPS10HC) by Michelle Langley

After comparing half a dozen electric sharpeners, based on reviews and videos, I realized that this would be the best choice. It's not like this. I didn't sharpen my pencils properly. In the video I show two difficulties. First, I couldn't just insert a pencil into the device. (The video shows the holes slightly off mark, but it didn't matter if they lined up.) Another reason was that it was sharpened unevenly. What I didn't show is that when you put the pencil back in to sharpen it, to smooth it out, it just ate the pencil up and never ended well. I sent it back and found you don't get all your money back. Do you get "free" shipping on purchases? If you send it back they will deduct about $7 probably for postage. So for the seller: You mean the ad "shipping included", not the free shipping. If it's free, you should have gotten a 100% refund of my purchase price.
