Review on 📀 Verbatim DVD-R 4.7GB 16X DataLifePlus - 100 Pack White Inkjet Printable and Hub Printable - Efficient Tape Wrapped Option (97016) by Michael Godo

I'm sorry to have to downgrade my previous five star rating to Not Recommended. I've burned thousands of Verbatim CDs/DVDs over the years with no problems. However, the last batch had a failure rate of 75%. At first I thought it might be a problem with my DVD/CD drive, so I replaced the drive with a new one. However, the same problems remained after installing a new drive. I then contacted the drive manufacturer who said they no longer recommend Verbatim media and suggested trying HP media instead. I've tried the HP media as suggested and haven't encountered any issues so far. While this may be the only "bad batch," I can't afford to buy coaster media. So HP is now my vendor of choice.
