I've been using them for a few years now. I was happy to find them at Revain for a really good price. The key is to make sure you're drilling a clean, straight hole. I used them to hang the TV as the board and plaster made it difficult to find the stud. Of course, the new TVs are a lot lighter than the old ones, but I don't have to worry about that (I used a seat belt just in case). Do not consider user errors as product errors.
