A bit heavy for a small dog
I bought this for a 6 month old puppy to try leash training. She is a Boston Terrier mix and weighs about 27 pounds. Adjusting the neck was tricky, but it was a little "awkward" for her since it weighed so much. She had to do a medium because of the depth of her chest. I ended up not using it on her because it felt more like a tactical vest than a harness given her size.
