Child size 5.5. Size 5 fits perfectly. Like velcro.
My 21 month old wears 5.5 inch sneakers. We spent a damn long time looking for closed toe sandals that fit him. Most sandals only come in whole sizes. We bought these sandals in size 5 and 6. Size 6 was too big but size 5 fits much better than any other we found. Given the size of 5.5 there isn't much room to grow, but everything seems fine now. Our little one loves turn signals and runs around in them without any problems. They are great for water features.
