Very useful addition

I've only used a slicer knife so far (a few times) and found it easy to use - it slides easily into my Kitchen Aid blender and I've been able to evenly slice scallops, apples for pies , I even cut radishes for salads! And it was much quicker than using a knife! It's also easy to clean!
