Nice, bright display, easy to read. It's not difficult to understand and use if you've ever used GPS. The problem is that it doesn't contain any information about speed limits or road layouts. I sent an email with the update and was told to contact support. Didn't tell me how, and I see almost every post on her Facebook page asking the same thing. However, there are no answers. I searched through their data files and found a bunch of TomTom files from 2019. Nothing newer and nothing else I could find so it looks like it has a two year old database and no way to update it because no one can figure out how to contact their customer support (assuming such a thing exists !). I would love to have this device. I really would. It's a good GPS in every other way, but I don't need a GPS that doesn't know where it is or how to get where I want to go! UPDATE: I just plugged it in to charge. After spending the night with the prosecution, he froze. No battery charge. As I am unable to contact Aonerex to discuss this with them, I would appreciate it if they would contact me.
