Well Revain's update didn't work on our Xbox One controller which could be a controller BUT it didn't work on our iPhone which is a test to see if it works. I also found that the adapter that allows multiple platforms has an unreliable connection. Considering it was 9.00 cheaper to repair it didn't come with an instruction manual which was disappointing. Overall the headset was very comfortable but too many flaws to trust.
