This product works pretty well, I can only seem to get one paper towel at a time. This is great as I almost always have my baby in one hand when trying to get a paper towel. The reason I took off a star was because, as other reviewers have mentioned, if you're installing these under your cabinets, you'll need to buy different screws. Using the included screws will go right through the bottom of your closet. Also, the metal piece at the end engraved with the "Simple Human" stripe is sealed with something like double-sided tape. After only 2 weeks this piece keeps falling off which doesn't bother his work but is a bit annoying.
