The bot comes integrated with Microsoft 365, so I like that it's compatible across devices but most importantly integrates directly into Outlook for all users without any additional setup or configuration needed from their side as well! We are able solve customer service issues at scale in real time by creating automated workflows using our chatbot within minutes rather than hours/days which used-to be required before implementing this technology solution internally - It saves us money since we don't have resources dedicated solely working towards solving these problems instead they're now being solved instantly right after an incident occurs (or when someone approaches one). The bot has been able to automate repetitive tasks, allowing me more time for my team members who are human beings! It's not perfect yet as it lacks some features but I don't think this will be fixed in short order given that they have put so much effort into its development thus far. We've realized significant improvements with our sales process by using bots such as BOTSUPPLY (Bot Supply).
