A few flaws in flying discs

As a good flying frisbee, there are no complaints, this frisbee flies perfectly. The problems I encountered have to do with how the LED bulb was designed. On my first few flights the LED went out and never came back on. When I got home and tried to fix it, the LED light wasn't sticking to the frisbee and I found it was a double problem. The first problem was that one of the 9 light radials actually moved, the design uses a fiber optic rod from the LED to the outer surface of the frisbee, this fiber optic rod can move because they are not glued in. As soon as my fiberglass rod moved a few millimeters closer to the center LED, the light stopped sticking to the frisbee. After solving this problem and moving the rod, I found that the LED still didn't fit back. Every time I clicked on it, it still fell off. The design used to mount the led light is very poor, it's just a set of molded small pins on the frisbee and matching small socket holes on the led light. They need to compress and hold in place, but they don't do it well. I ended up having to mix the two part epoxy and glue the LED back onto the frisbee until this epoxy solution solved the problem.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • A little wrinkled
