This is one of my favorite modifications I've made to my truck. Installation on my 2017 Silverado with the LEER 100XL topper was very easy. Using the supplied adhesive padlocks, thread the lock/unlock wires from my tailgate electric lock through my box and attach directly to the existing junction box for my ceiling lights. So far it has been locked and unlocked on every review. Installation took about an hour, made sure everything was clean and tight.
