Definitely good for my plants - I have active substrate and underdosed ThriveS in the water column, and root eaters around where I dug my initial (rarely used) hats feel better than their peers. Good value for money - I will be adding my second batch of caps at the recommended density and will buy again. Note: Caps are full of air and become slippery when wet. I make a small hole in each end and squeeze out the air, this also pushes the caps in and makes them easier to hold with pliers. I had no problem digging them into the planted substrate.
