I was replacing a counter that I had. For years which finally decided it wanted to retire. I ordered this one reluctantly.even though I thought the price was too high. The day it arrived, I saw the size of the box and thought I had been shipped the wrong item. I opened it and, Evernote bough I'm a man, I decided to read the manual. I was bored with that, I decided that men don't read manuals. The learning curve for the sent up is ZERO. Common sense stood over and I was using it in a matter of five minutes (much less time than it would have taken to read the manual). This machine is fast, accurate and quiet (at least as quiet as it could be with coins being agitated). Finally, it doesn't rely on gravity for the coins to fall, there is a wheel that moves the coins. You won't be disappointed with this machine!
