Review on Exploring Nature with Backyard Safari: The Critter Shack Experience by Chad Guinn

I can't believe how good this pet house is for the price! I absolutely LOVE it! I made it so that if I find a special caterpillar (currently a giant leopard moth caterpillar) I can watch it transform into a moth, but I'll find other uses for the little critters. It's also perfect for kids to enjoy things like crickets and fireflies! Contrary to the close-up, the holes in the top are actually pretty small and I don't even think a firefly could fit through them! It would also be nice if they caught other critters like crabs, small toads (for short term observation) etc. It is very well made and the lid snaps in really well. The overall size and carrying handle are also ideal for small children. I am so happy with this purchase and can get more than gifts for my nieces and nephews. This is the perfect gift!
