I wanted this to work with a USB safety tester so I could check the actual capacity of batteries, cellphones, etc. This is so much better than finding all the parts and assembling them yourself! Works great, now I can tell what is needed to charge the cell, I can tell how much charge the battery can deliver. Because of this utility, I ordered a bigger battery with more capacity (have a new device that needs more than my old bank). If it arrives later today I'll use it to discharge, then watch the charge current and write down the mAh to top it up and see what it can hold. Then check if it can pass my new power hungry USB charging device.
