Dreams of Flying Baby Bedding
Feels cool against the skin. A 15 pound blanket is heavier than a 20 pound blanket because more of it is resting on your body. After a week of use I have to say that I have noticed an improvement in sleep. I know it's subjective, but I feel like I'm sleeping deeper. I found that I started dreaming about swimming and flying with this weighted blanket. Perhaps because my limbs can't move as freely under the covers, my brain interprets this feeling of heaviness as overload.
