I didn't want to drill out the bumper, but I got a repair ticket. This allowed me to temporarily install it on the grill. I replaced the included screws with a butterfly kit and washers. He stayed in place very well. This can be a permanent installation if required. Very stable. The only thing I would add is to stick some felt on the back of the license plate for any areas that might touch/scratch the bumper. I had light scratches on my bumper from not doing this. Individual or special sets without drills are very expensive. It was a great do-it-yourself and inexpensive solution with one small modification.
