The case is very strong and durable but the design of the clip at the top of the holster needs an overhaul. After less than 8 months with this case I dropped my phone and it broke. After contacting the seller, I learned that the lifetime warranty includes 1 free replacement. They replaced it for free with no problems. Less than a month later I dropped the phone again and the same part broke on the spare holster. After contacting Encase to inquire about the cost of a simple holster replacement, it turned out that it would cost the same as it would cost me to replace the entire product. So now I have a case and not a holster.
