Bought to replace the original. Where the antenna connects to the mount, the connection seemed weak and I kept losing signal. The new one worked great on day one with no signal loss. After that, the signal loss was permanent. I can't decide if the problem is a loose antenna connector or a bad/poor connection of the pins on the stand itself. I'm a truck driver and I love listening to satellite radio everywhere, but this constant problem of signal loss is a real pain and frustrating. I never know how long I will have a signal or how I will tweak the satellite radio/base station/antenna cable to restore the signal. Purchase and use at your own risk. That was NOT the solution for me!
