We thought that maybe we got a defective coffee machine - we turned to an independent service center for testing and setting it up - as a result, as it was not set up by professionals, the coffee was and remained disgusting! The specialists told us that the coffee machine is fully operational and that regardless of the settings and coffee variety, the taste will leave much to be desired (or rather disgusting with a burnt taste). In general, if you are a coffee lover like me, it’s better to buy yourself an ordinary geyser coffee maker instead of this unfortunate coffee machine) or a really good coffee machine that costs completely different money! I strongly do not recommend the Delonghi ESAM 3000 B coffee machine for purchase!
