Overall a pretty good set

Overall I'm glad I bought this set as I didn't see many opportunities to get a few different sizes to try. The textbook is fantastic - very clear, beautiful pictures and I love that they are spirally intertwined. I know the book will sell itself and I highly recommend it and give it 5 stars. I don't know if I'll even use the pliers that came with it. The handles feel very rough and this is the only place I've seen that using two hook pliers is recommended. I don't think I like it. To be honest, I'm a little surprised by the rave reviews for their jump rings. I am new to this hobby and have only bought rings from a few sources. But they aren't as bright as the bright aluminum rings I've bought elsewhere and they seem to be. molt? a lot of. My hands are in the mud after spending a few hours on the steering chain. This was not the case with another brand I have used. And in the end, of course, that's just personal preference, but all of these adapter rings are left-handed, which annoys me a bit. But like I said, there aren't many places to try different sizes, and the price is good for the amount you get. For this reason I would recommend this set for beginners, but I probably won't come back here to buy more rings in the future. doesn't happen with any other brand I've used.
