Review on Forerunner BoxWave ClearTouch Anti Glare Anti Fingerprint GPS, Finders & Accessories in GPS System Accessories by Yolanda Williams

I ordered my first BoxWave anti-glare screen protector in August 2016. I liked it, it worked as expected and reduced glare significantly. This screen protector was scratched a few weeks ago so I ordered a replacement. I ordered the same BoxWave anti-glare screen protector as before, but the ones I received are not anti-glare at all. All my electronic devices have different brands of anti-glare films installed, so I know very well what anti-glare films look like and the ones I received are NOT anti-glare. I contacted BoxWave and told them about the problem. They confirmed that I had ordered the same product as before and said that product improvements could be the reason for the difference between my new screen protector and my old one. They sent new ones, but even those protectors don't reduce glare at all. Personally, I'm convinced that the stock BoxWave protectors were mistakenly packaged in anti-glare, and that's the only logical explanation. I would also like to point out that BoxWave's customer service has been very helpful and my one star rating is solely based on the product I received.
