The program was easy enough that I could use it at my own pace, without needing any training or coaching from their team members! It's very customizable so you can make your tool work best with what works in YOUR business model/strategy - not theirs (which may be great but isn't always perfect). There are some features we would love if they were available more often; e-mailing clients directly through our website rather than having them go into an email inbox somewhere else first seems like something others have mentioned as well. We've been able solve many problems related specifically around scheduling events throughout yearlong campaigns by using this software instead of Excel spreadsheets which sometimes get outdated quickly when new information comes up midstream along way during event season.
