1) Electric battery problem: I recently received my new Waring vacuum gun from the supplier Katom restaurant in Revain. Arrived with dead battery. I ran some electronic diagnostics and confirmed that the internal battery is defective. I was surprised to find the manufacture date is 2014-06-14! For a Ni-Mh battery, such a long service life without recharging is a disaster! (Batteries never recover). Unfortunately I cannot return this item as it was shipped to my country of origin. I will be replacing the battery pack with a compatible model but I will think twice before buying anything from this vendor. Then charge the battery normally). 2) Despite this problem, this product is really good for this purpose. The vacuum gun has a powerful pump. After a general evaluation, it turned out to be solid and well designed. Although the bags are expensive, they are worth the money due to the high quality of the plastic and the vacuum valve. 3) You can do your bit for the environment by using these bags multiple times. (after washing, of course) rather than discarding them after a single use. Please take care of our planet! :)
