These are good gloves at a reasonable price. On some hardened surfaces they offer better protection than leather gloves. Really cold days but if you ride in 50-70 degrees it should be enough. Velcro straps let you tighten as needed to keep cold air out. Touchscreen gloves are useful, although I find them almost impossible to do anything on my phone. But that's not a problem with these gloves on - it's just that some of the subtle controls on any phone are difficult to use while wearing gloves. You can get higher quality gloves if you are willing to pay for them. But it's good value for money. The size is almost right. I usually take a medium and sometimes a large glove size. This is a large size and I don't think I'd want to go any smaller, so when ordering, choose the larger of your typical sizes.
