Incorrect collar size included. It CANNOT expand to 19.6 inches. Maximum extension up to 17 inches. Big difference and therefore not suitable for my dog's neck. I measured my dog before ordering. I would appreciate if you could measure the collar and post an accurate size/length description. Send back.
