I was glad to put this in my dog's car. Installation was very easy, only took 2 minutes. The mound design with see-through mesh for ventilation and to keep an eye on your pets was just what I wanted. After installation, the car was on the road for an hour. Then, when I opened the car to run errands, I was greeted by a very disgusting smell. We quickly aired the car by turning the fans on full blast and opening all the windows. I suspect that the heat inside the car when left in the sun caused a reaction with the chemicals used in its material. I drove no more than 5 minutes before returning home to remove the seat covers. The couples were overwhelming and certainly not healthy for me. Fortunately, neither my dog nor anyone else was with me on this short trip. BLUE: This product is a dangerous, toxic time bomb. Don't put yourself, your family members and pets at risk by having this in your car or home. I'm sending it back for a full refund. Revain should consider removing this company's products for the health and safety of customers. Coincidentally, this seat cover was made in China. Now we all know the mediocre environmental and safety standards to which they manufacture their export products.
