You get what you pay for
It was pretty poor quality. Only clamps and needles were sterilized, no jewelry or gloves. It is not possible to close small rings, so the listing images are misleading. The two rivets are not glued flush and the nostril screw that I was dying to use has a ridge right at the bend that makes it impossible to insert into a new piercing. In addition, the needle was very sharp, which made it easier to prick. I only wish I could grease the needle to push it all the way through. It was a bit difficult to get the jewels.
