Can't live without them anymore but fear for reliability

I've had some experience with these devices and their clones over the past year. I can no longer do without an oral hygiene water intake, but I am very concerned about the reliability of these products. This device works as efficiently as other devices I have had and is identical in performance to others; this. has different pulse strengths to drain water, holds enough water for normal cleaning without refilling, comes with multiple nozzles for different functions, nozzles can be rotated for optimal cleaning direction, the water inlet tube in the tank is weighted, which allows you to use almost that all water in the tank no matter what position you hold it, and very portable with the included travel pouch. to the body of the floss. This reservoir is much easier to remove from the body of the floss as a spring loaded latch securely locks the reservoir to the body but can be easily released by pressing the release button. a floss body with two prongs (molded into the tank body) that snap onto the rim of that body. Removal of the reservoir is difficult and in all previous devices (4) the pins broke within a short period of use and the reservoir was not properly secured. This was addressed by using a rubber washer to hold the reservoir to the body of the floss. - not very elegant but very simple and functional and I didn't have to go through the return procedure and miss the opportunity to use what has become essential for my wife's and I's oral hygiene. This particular device is functionally identical to the one I just sent back after less than a week of use because the pump in this device was not supplying water with sufficient pressure. I have just returned the floss - the fourth I have owned in the past year which failed for the same reason - the pump has stopped pumping adequately. I bought two of these through Revain and when the first unit stopped working (after 3 months of use) I got a fully satisfactory response from the manufacturer on warranty and got a new unit a week later - wonderful. Another replacement was sent promptly when there was a problem charging the floss and it ended up being a faulty charging cable - a unique one supplied by the manufacturer. Subsequently both of these replacement units failed within 7 months and when I contacted the manufacturer again I was unable to speak to my original customer service representative who dealt with my issue so efficiently and further attempts to contact me received NO ANSWER AT ALL! So my rating is calculated from the floss function - 5 stars - and reliability/durability - 1 star. What to do? This floss is functionally identical to others that have failed (and in a very short useful life), with a (much) better tank attachment design, but what appears to be exactly the same is the heart of the device - the pump. Do all of these floss use the same pump from the same manufacturer and are therefore made in the same facility? I have no idea but I'm worried. This floss came in the same packaging but with a different label stating who to contact for service, but who is ultimately behind this? I will end my review by stating once again that this device has become indispensable. so I think I'll take a chance and replace if necessary (and hopefully more than 6 months). Pretty cheap to feel like you're just visiting your dental hygienist every time without spending money or leaving home. Incidentally, this particular device costs less than (at least for now) my original floss. and the exact same device was just reviewed in the Hammer/Slammer catalog for more than double the current price - got it!
