Review on Walker 21502 Quiet Flow Stainless Muffler by Angel Serafini

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great replacement Grand Prix 04-08

I have a 2004 Grand Prix with factory dual exhaust and these (21502, 21503) fit exactly the same muffler size and dimensions. These are quiet mufflers (hence the name "Quiet Flow") that sound very close to factory mufflers, maybe a little quieter than stock mufflers. Tips welded to silencers are useless in my opinion. These are NOT stainless steel tips, they are very small and don't look very pretty but I'm sure someone less picky could live with them, but that wasn't a problem for me as I already had a good set of stainless steel tips. I had mufflers installed for $60 per side (if your Central Illinois muffler shop did an excellent job placing my tips in the middle of the Grand Prix exhaust tips), my total muffler and installation cost was about $310 (my SS tips were $90). , but it was already in. So technically I had $400 in exhaust)) and I couldn't be happier. Try to find a muffler store that offers cheap mufflers at this price, let alone stainless steel mufflers. Car and didn't need to be replaced as the factory Y-pipe is very thick metal but if you go to Midas or Mieneke (don't go there they will rob you!) they guarantee they will say you did need to replace the Y-shaped tube. If you have a 04-08 Grand Prix with a factory twin exhaust and don't want loud mufflers, buy these mufflers!
