I couldn't wait for this charger to arrive, then got to work and left it lying around for about a month. Now I have time to open and use it. The instructions are in multiple languages, when I found English I read them and everything seemed simple enough. I bought several 18650 batteries a few years ago and had no idea how close they came to what they claimed. The fact that they have been sitting for several years. I plugged them in and to my surprise they are 100% charged. I then tested them to see if they were at 3000mah maybe because they were sitting for so long or maybe because maybe they were never good batteries they tested much lower batteries come back. I turned them on about 5 or 6 times and got almost the same results, both were around 2000mAh. I bought 4 14500 800mah batteries for Christmas and tested them and they all turned out to be better than advertised. Other than that, I've never done it. Back to the charger, well this thing doesn't do much, it will replace about 8 other chargers I have and I need to make sure my family isn't trying to charge the wrong batteries in it. The fact that it runs on 110 volts AC or 12 volts DC makes it more useful. It comes with test power test leads and has a USB port that allows you to charge other devices, while the chargers are on and the charger is off, the charged batteries are used to charge other devices such as a portable power bank. It can also charge 2 and 3 cell batteries if I understand correctly. So far, everything has been simple and easy for a not very technical person. If you need a charger that can charge almost anything you can throw at it, this is a great option. At first I thought it might be overpriced but then I remembered you get what you pay for and I didn't want to buy another charger after a few months. It works well, is easy to use and I would definitely recommend it!
