Nice but still a tight fit.
Got these boots based on reviews that they fit large calves. My calves are 17" in circumference. Well with a lot of tugging, pulling and sweating I am able to get them over my fat calves and knee. Only wore them around the house for a few minutes but they did stay up. The foot part fit fine. I am a size 7 and got a size 7. I do think with some wear they will stretch out at the top some and not be so tight. I got them to wear under dresses that hit right below the knee. I don't like to show my legs. Not pretty. So all in all I think these will work out for my purposes.
