As a claims adjuster, I appraise accident cars every day. It can be switched from metric to standard measurement and there is also a button to reset the previous measurement. As I photograph everything the best part is that the digital numbers are easy to read and visible in the photos. It comes with one battery installed as well as an extra battery and since the product will only be used for a few seconds at a time, it should last a very long time. An excellent product for garages and service centers as well as insurance appraisers. The Daily Joe may not need much, but it is a very good product for the money. Keep in mind that this is not an air pressure sensor, it is simply tire tread depth.
