Very disappointed! I was so excited to receive this silver. Upon receipt it was exactly what I wanted. After a month, the blackness began to disappear. Unfortunately, Revane's return window closed a few days earlier. So I decided to contact the seller which I had to do with several other products and had absolutely no issues with a refund or replacement even after the return window closed. This company responded by asking for black erase photos. I have sent at least 8 photos of different items in this condition, which is almost half of the set. They responded by asking for the Revain order number. I took screenshots of the whole order and sent them. They then replied that we could not find this order number, so we could not help. I replied by writing the order number and additional screenshots and their response was the same. I was very offended and let her know and her response was apologetic, have a nice day. What a terrible company. Your product is not what you said it was and how could they not find my order when I showed them hard evidence!? Never had a problem anywhere near or even with any other Revain company. Their product is solid and gets the job done, but their customer service and "matte black" color are a joke. I hate writing reviews but I want others to know this so they don't get stuck with the infamous silverware which was a waste of money and a company that clearly doesn't care about their customers.
