Some instructions with some do's and don'ts would help me keep the line going. I used it on the sink but it stuck. So I figured I'd reverse the drill bit and slowly unscrew the drain snake. Unfortunately, this is the opposite direction the wire is wound, so it buckled and twisted into a sad mess. I went ahead again and most was fine, but there was a serious kink in the drain snake that made it much more difficult to use. I know this is user error, but there was no information on how to use it correctly. I've tried bending it back into shape and it still works (barely) but not as well as before. If you get stuck I would suggest pulling it out without a drill working or just working very slowly.
