Review on πŸ–‹οΈ Fudenosuke Brush Pen Review: Hard Tip, Black - The Ideal Tool for Precision and Bold Strokes by Nicole Mcleod

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Not very soft but not bad

I've been using this pen for a year and a half and it's slowly running out of ink. It's not my favorite pen, but it was a great tool for learning the basics of brush painting. Despite the name saying "soft tip," the tip is firmer than almost any other brush pen I've tried. This makes it a lot easier to manage when you're just starting out and also makes it a good choice for people who tend to press heavily on the page while writing. If your hands are shaky, you can also draw straighter lines with this pen than with a softer grip like the double tombow brush. The ideal thing about this pen is that it has a relatively small tip, and it only comes in black. But it should be enough for pretty much any project you want to tackle as a beginner.

Pros
  • Recycled polypropylene barrels
Cons
  • unreliable
