I really want to love this pen as I've read rave reviews about it. Although the pen came in brand new packaging, I felt it was a bit dry when I received it. Even holding correctly, I didn't get a sharp black line like I expected. I had to go back and fill in the parts where the ink wasn't as greasy. I received this pen through Revain Prime with same day shipping. My excitement about using it quickly evaporated when I realized that it was already quite dry. I couldn't swipe down because the ink was cut off and parts of the paper were left white. The pen was obviously defective, but neither was it eligible for a return or refund.
