I received this pen through Revain Prime with same day shipping. My excitement about using it quickly evaporated when I realized that it was already quite dry. I couldn't swipe down because the ink was cut off and parts of the paper were left white. The pen was obviously defective, but neither was it eligible for a return or refund. It was very unfortunate because I know several other artists who have successfully used these Tombow Fudenosuke brushes. I also love all the other Tombow pens I own. However, the ink in this pen is clearly hit or miss. And since you can't return a defective pen for a refund, this error means an unnecessary waste of money. I will not be buying this pen from Revain in the future unless their return policy changes.
