I'm upset. I paid for a new set of lamps and what I received was clearly in an open box. In the photo, the box was opened exactly as I took it out of the packaging bag. The instructions shown show how it should be shipped with the bulbs unplugged. If you notice in my photo that the box was not only opened but already plugged in, if you look closely you can see the string of lights wrapped around itself. The new electronics packaging with cables that thin is a big no-no. Does the backlight work? Yes very good. But I have no idea how long they've been stored packaged, so I don't know how long the cord and light will last. First of all, I paid for a new item, I want a new item. If it had suited me, I would have said so when ordering.
