Crap, terrible service

It broke before I even got it on the windshield. Didn't fit or stay in my 9500i, it kept falling out. Customer service sucked. I have insisted that I box up and return this $0.50 part for a refund. I wouldn't even offer a replacement thinking maybe I just got a bad one. I think they know this product is rubbish.
