Odd design, but still functional.
They work great. I mean it's a paper towel/rag so it's hard to screw up. But the hook design makes sense. Instead of 2 upward hooks to attach to the pegboard, this one has 2 side hooks, one long and one short, so you need to insert the long hook into the hole first, then the shorter end. It looks like a completely unnecessary design change that complicates what is actually a very simple process. You don't have to try to reinvent the wheel.
