The compressor is listed on the side of the attached label "Contains 6 oz Pag 46 Oil". When I contacted the manufacturer as to whether the oil was ND-8 (compatible with 134A only) or ND-12 (compatible with 134A or 1234YF), I was told that the oil was only included to prevent corrosion during storage and shipping to prevent. So either the manufacturer is lying or is extremely incompetent. Either PAG 46 oil is in it or it isn't. So if I didn't call to find out I would fill it up with refrigerant and run it, which would burn the compressor. Why label the compressor with 6 ounces of PAG 46 oil when it actually contains carrier oil? Skip this compressor and buy a known quality brand backed by people you can understand.
