The ability to reach out directly with customers, not just potential ones. I can send emails without having to go through an email service provider (ESP). Also it's easy for my team members who are in different time zones or countries to communicate as well! Nothing really since we've been using this tool from over 3 years now but they have improved their product quite often so that makes me feel good about them. They also provide customer support which helps us solve our issues quickly rather than waiting weeks/months before getting help.
