I like that it is easy for others in my organization (and outside) who are not familiar with climate change issues, or even know what they mean by "carbon offset," etc., understand how our business impacts CO2 emissions/offsetting them through various means such as planting trees & other activities we do at work every day! It's also helpful when you have people from different departments working together towards similar goals - i think this helps create more buy-in than if everyone was just doing things independently of eachother without any understanding about why these efforts were needed / beneficial beyond being good corporate citizens?
