Edit: 11/20/2022: I modified the band by pulling the ends through the middle band to give a bit of a twist and shorten it a bit. (See photo ) It is still a little loose but much better. Still hoping to get the band a size smaller to stretch just a smidge.I like that I have gotten many compliments on the look of this watchband but it is not a good fit for me.It is NOT adjustable I knew this from reading the description and for this reason, I measured carefully and bought two. My wrist is 6.5" A medium fits a 6.0" to 6.5" wrist and a Large fits 6.5" to 7.1". The medium fits snugly and becomes uncomfortable. The large is loose and moves around my wrist.I chose to wear the large. Sadly the beads are held in place by being situated over a metal clip that holds the elastic bands in place. They have started to move around and no longer stay in place. I have had this for 19 days.I will be seeking another option.
