Four stars because these trays do exactly what I wanted them to do, allowing the family suitcases I store to easily slide out from under an overhang shelf. I no longer have to twist them edge by edge or push them back against strong resistance. One star off because:* No instructions. You wouldn't think you'd need something that simple, but it took this college grad with four (!) degrees to figure out that roller bolts go top-down, not top-up. below they are also clearly visible in countersunk holes. * Not all countersunk holes are deep enough to do this job. If you're striving for perfection or need a totally flat surface and don't have the tools or desire to go deep, you'll find that some of the screw caps stick out a bit. Not a big deal for my needs.* Packaging. They were probably well packed at the factory, but the factory is in China and the packaging doesn't stand up to shipping. I ordered two pallets; The first was fine, with tears (bursting, no eyeballs). The second pack didn't work either. The plastic bag containing the nuts, bolts and washers was torn, causing some parts to fall into a small box that also contained the reels, and some of these parts were also torn out, which was also badly torn. And one of the nuts escaped all that crap and is probably still rolling around in a cargo hold or shipping container somewhere in the Pacific theater of operations. This meant a trip to our local (independent) hardware store for a replacement. Visitor (see previous note on the value of higher education): On the first pulley I attached, I carefully tightened the screws as I walked, only to find that the fourth hole and its screw were misaligned. I had to loosen the first three and start over. Align all four, loosely insert and alternately tighten the screws. My father taught me otherwise, but I got picky and forgot. On the third roller, I carefully tightened all four nuts, terribly pleased with myself, only to find that the roller was still on the tabletop. So.1. The studs fall from above (stand pallet on edge and work from side to side).2. First the washers, then the nuts, tightening a little at a time until you're done.3. Nuts are easy to tighten. You will then need a wrench or some good pair of pliers to hold them while you use a screwdriver to finish. Or, what has worked best for me, use a screwdriver to hold the bolt in place and a wrench to turn the nut.
