This was the best Christmas present I've ever had. I love taking family photos and I always ask strangers to take photos of us with my phone. This is great because you can mount any phone and adjust the height and angle. It has rubber feet and I'm glad it does because it helps if you put it on a slippery surface, the rubber keeps it from sliding off the surface. I used it this weekend. with my family and I loved it! There was no one around to take photos of us which was great because I was using a controller that connected via bluetooth. I was in control of when I wanted to take a picture and I took a lot of them as well. It's durable, great quality and I love that I can use it with an Android or Apple device. You do NOT need an app, all you need is a connection via Bluetooth. I am buying another one for my sister as she loves to take pictures. You can also use it as a selfie stick that expands, but I like it better as a tripod.
